By downloading or using the Ayuni application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ayuni mobile application ("Service") provided by Ayuni ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Ayuni is a subscription-based mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help users compose and schedule personalized messages to their loved ones via WhatsApp and SMS. The Service includes AI message generation, scheduling, and notification features.

3. Account Registration

To use Ayuni, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Ayuni is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial expires. Only one free trial per user is permitted.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send messages that are abusive, harassing, threatening, or illegal
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Spam recipients with unwanted messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service's security
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

7. AI-Generated Content

Ayuni uses AI to generate message suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated messages are suggestions only — you review and send them at your own discretion
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for any messages you choose to send

8. Intellectual Property

The Ayuni application, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Ayuni and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayuni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
